Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of beyondbravewellness.com and any programs, coaching services, materials, or communications provided by Beyond Brave LLC, doing business as Beyond Brave Wellness ("Beyond Brave," "we," "us," or "our").
By using our website, submitting a form, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
What we do
Beyond Brave Wellness provides functional health and wellness coaching, education, and personalized protocol support. Services are delivered by Sarah Hehir, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), Nationally Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Physical Therapist (MSPT).

Beyond Brave Wellness is a coaching and education practice. We are not physicians, and we do not practice medicine.
Nothing we provide is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Our services do not replace care from your physician or other licensed healthcare provider.
Functional lab testing used in our programs is for educational and wellness purposes and is not diagnostic testing.
Nutritional and lifestyle recommendations, including supplement suggestions, are educational in nature.
Always consult your physician before starting any new nutrition, supplement, exercise, or lifestyle program, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a diagnosed condition. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you learned through our services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
You remain responsible for your own health decisions. We supply information, structure, and support. You choose what to act on.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or purchase our programs.
Programs and services
Program details, including what is included, session counts, and duration, are described at the time of enrollment and in your client service agreement. Where these Terms and your signed client service agreement differ, the client service agreement controls.
Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, result, or timeline. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not promises of what you will experience.
Fees and payment
Fees are stated at the time of enrollment or booking.
Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor.
Initial Consultations and program fees are due as scheduled at enrollment.
Payment plans, where offered, are described at enrollment and are binding once accepted.
Fees for services already delivered are non-refundable.
Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as used.
We will give you as much notice as possible if we ever need to reschedule, and will offer a prompt alternative time.
Where your signed client service agreement states a different cancellation policy, that agreement controls.
Lab testing and supplements
Functional lab testing is optional and ordered through independent third-party laboratories. Testing fees are separate from coaching fees and inclusive in the total package investment unless your program states otherwise. Lab turnaround times are set by the laboratory and are outside our control.
Supplement recommendations may be fulfilled through a third-party dispensary. Purchases made there are governed by that provider's own terms and policies. We may receive compensation on products purchased through our dispensary. Any recommendation we make is based on what we believe supports your goals, not on compensation.
Text messaging terms
What we send. Beyond Brave LLC sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and service updates. If you have separately consented to marketing messages, they may also include special offers, promotions, and program announcements.
How often. Message frequency varies.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Your responsibilities
To get the most from working together, and so we can serve you safely, you agree to:
Give accurate and complete health information
Tell us about medications, diagnoses, and other providers involved in your care
Tell us promptly about changes in your health
Use materials and protocols as directed, and ask when something is unclear
Our materials
All content we create, including program materials, worksheets, assessments, protocols, guides, and website content, belongs to Beyond Brave LLC and is protected by copyright.
You may use these materials for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or publish them, or use them to deliver services to others, without our written permission.
Community spaces
If you participate in a Beyond Brave online community or group, you agree to keep other members' shared information confidential, to treat members respectfully, and not to promote your own products or services without permission. We may remove members who do not follow these expectations.
Third-party links and services
Our website and materials link to third-party sites and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website, materials, and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Brave LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our website, materials, or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to that claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beyond Brave LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
